Over the past 8 months, I have sweat, toiled, researched and pushed a lot of iron.  I have tried keto, low carb, low fat, low carb and low fat, intermittent fasting and just about any other diet plan out there.  I have tried all sorts of different weight and training routines, ranging from high weight/low rep/low volume to moderate weight/high rep/high volume.  I have done cardio, and sometimes I have not.  But one thing I know, is that I've made good progress.

I have therefore decided, that since this is a journey, and an enormous learning experience, to create a blog solely dedicated to my mission to become an iron goddess.

Here I will post progress, advice, tips and tricks, what works for me and what hasn't, and simple thoughts and anecdotes related to the sport of lifting iron.
